We are all about nuts…and in particular smoked pistachioz.  First we blend the seasonings of our unique family recipe into our nuts. Then we slow smoke them over raw hickory in electric smokers.  This produces an undeniably aromatic and tasty blend of garlic, spices and bold hickory.  A delicious and downright smoky flavor, like nothing you've ever had before.
 
No artificial colors, flavorings, additives, preservatives, or bad stuff goes into our nuts. And since the nuts are smoked in electric smokers there is no charcoal or chemical fluids.  It’s all natural and it’s all good. 
 
Did you know that researchers at Pennsylvania State University recently found that adults who ate ½ cup of pistachios per day lowered their LDL cholesterol by 12%?  Crush them up and use them as breading for fish or poultry, add them to a salad or just eat them right out of the bag! 
 
There are many flavor combinations that harmonize with the fresh pistachio nut. Nut Nation is working hard to bring more of these tasty choices to our loyal customers. 
 
In the meantime, this is no shell game.  They taste great and they’re good for you too!  Break open a handful, 'cause one is not enough. 
 
P.S.  We're often asked why we have a "Z" in the word pistachioz.  My stepdaughter Zoe is the inspiration for that.  She is very proud of the fact that her name starts with a Z and loves being a part of Nut Nation, so "pistachioz" was born.
