Welcome 2012!!! This March will mark our third year of operations, the unofficial point of no return for businesses that begin with ideas hatched in campgrounds on cocktail napkins. 2011 proved to be the year where our company really blossomed. We are very grateful to all of you that continue to support us by making our special pistachioz your snack of choice.
We are incredibly excited for what 2012 holds in store. We vow to take the quality of our product and the satisfaction of you, our customer, VERY seriously (however, that's the only thing we're taking seriously). You'll see a new flavor, some new faces and our constant efforts to make you the happiest pistachio eater ever.
Like our smiling friends growing on California trees (did you know in China they're known as "happy fruit?"), we grow from within, break through our outer shell and expose our green inner beauty. It's truly a Zen experience. Basically we're still the same little company, just striving to be better.

Our new processing facility "The Shell" is complete. We have long outgrown the "Nut Hut" and needed to expand into bigger space...so here it is! Thanks to all of you for your love of our product and your support. We work hard to offer you quality stuff and appreciate your support.
